The order confirmation email contains a list of all the tickets that are purchased plus other details, whereas the ticket confirmation is sent to the ticket holder and has no other details on it. The buyer of the ticket gets the order confirmation and the actual attendees get the tickets confirmation. In case the attendee and the buyer are the same then both the confirmation emails will be received by the Ticket Buyer.
