Free Interactive Floor Plan
Free Interactive Floor Plan
Turn Your Floor Plan Into An Interactive Map. Free.
Upload the layout you already have and place the booths on it yourself in our interactive floor plan editor. Snap-to-grid keeps rows straight and sizes exact, so you see your own floor working in the product before you spend anything.
Building one event's floor plan is free. Publishing it to your event site and selling booths through it are part of a paid plan.
Rather be walked through it? The form is optional - the free account is all it takes. Use it for a walkthrough of the editor, help sizing a plan for your show, or procurement questions.

Questions People Ask First
Who actually builds the map?
You do. You upload your layout and place the booths yourself in the map editor, with snap-to-grid keeping rows straight and dimensions exact. That is the point of the offer: you learn what the tool is like on your own floor, not by watching someone else use it.
What do I upload?
An image of your plan. If your venue or general service contractor sent a CAD file or a PDF, export or screenshot a page of it and upload that. If the plan only exists on paper, photograph it flat in good light and work from the photo.
Does it convert my file automatically?
No. The layout image is a backdrop you place booths on, so the booths are real inventory rather than shapes imported from your file. A hall of repeating inline booths goes quickly with snap-to-grid; a floor with many irregular islands takes longer.
Is it really free?
Yes - nothing to pay, no card and no contract. You build one event's floor plan and edit it as often as you like.
Do I have to buy anything afterwards?
No. Plenty of organizers build a plan, look at it and go no further, which is a perfectly reasonable outcome and the reason the offer works this way. There is no obligation attached.
What is not included in the free build?
Building the map is included. Putting it in front of other people is not: publishing it to your event site, sharing it with exhibitors and selling space through it are what a paid plan adds.
