Eventdex Ticket Fee Settings

Path: Login into your Eventdex account , Manage Event and expand Event Settings tab under the event you are hosting and then click on Ticket Fee Settings.

In Ticket Fee settings Event Organizer will have an option to set up Eventdex fee.

You have 2 Levels  of Settings

Apply Fee Settings

  • Add Eventdex fee on top of the total ticket price.
  • Include the Eventdex fee into the total ticket price.

In Ticket fee settings page you can see two sub tabs.

Ticket Level Settings

In Ticket level Settings for each individual ticket we can setup Eventdex Fee separately. For few Tickets we can add Eventdex fee on top of the total ticket price and for few Tickets you can Include the Eventdex fee into the Ticket price.

Path for Ticket Level Settings: Manage Event >Expand  Event Settings > Click on Ticket Fee Settings > Ticket level Settings tab.

Step 1: In Ticket Fee settings page click on Ticket level Settings Sub-tab.

Step 2: Based on your requirement apply ticket fee settings to tickets and Click on Save to apply changes.

If you don’t want to make any changes click on Cancel button.

Event Level Settings

Event Level Settings is a default setting mode. Changes made in Event Level Settings will be applied to only future Tickets.

Path for Ticket Level Settings: Manage Event >Expand  Event Settings > Click on Ticket Fee Settings > Event level Settings tab.

Step 1: In Ticket Fee settings page click on Event level Settings Sub-tab.

Step 2: Change the settings and click on Save to Apply changes.

If you don’t want to make any changes click on Cancel button.
