You can choose any of the 6 Answer types from the list for both Ticket Level and Event Level Survey Questions.
Text
Answer type Text allows the survey respondent to enter the answer details as a short response in the text box.

Answer type Paragraph allows the survey respondent to enter their answer as a long response in the text box.

Single-Selection
Answer type Single-Selection displays a list of choices you define. Respondents can select only one answer choice.

Checkboxes
Answer type Checkboxes display a list of choices you define. Respondents can select multiple answer Choices.
Even you have an option to restrict respondents with max Answer count setting.
