Can I edit/delete a Ticket Level Survey Questions?

Edit Ticket Level Survey Question

Yes, you can edit a Survey Question. Please follow below steps to edit Survey Question.

Step 1: Go to Survey Questions page and click on Edit button right beside the Survey question that you want to edit.

Step 2: Once done with edit click on Save button to apply changes.

Click on ‘Cancel‘ button to exit survey Questions edit screen without saving changes.

Delete Ticket Level Survey Question

Yes, you can delete a Survey Question only if it is not answered by any one of the registrants. Please follow below steps to delete a Survey Question.

Step 1: Go to Survey Questions page and click on delete button right beside the Survey question that you want to delete.

Step 2: Survey Question delete Confirmation alert will be displayed.

Are you sure, Do you want to delete Survey Question?

Click on ‘OK‘ to delete Survey Question.

Click on ‘Cancel‘ to exit popup with out deleting Survey Question.
