Event Analytics Software
Track registrations, attendance, leads and feedback in one place
Event analytics is what you learn from the numbers an event produces: who registered and paid, who showed up, which sessions drew a crowd, which leads exhibitors captured and what attendees thought. Eventdex collects each of these in the platform that runs the event, so you read results without stitching exports together.
Registration and ticketing give reports and customizable dashboards. Check-in gives live attendance and session numbers. Lead capture, surveys and matchmaking each report on their own part of the event. This page lists what each report covers, according to the product pages.

Why read your event data in Eventdex
Reports where the data is created
Registration, ticketing, check-in, surveys and lead capture feed the same platform, so a report does not start with a spreadsheet merge.
Numbers during the event
Check-in and session attendance update live, and survey results show in real time, so you can act before the event ends.
Reports for a specific group
Lists and tags let you generate reports for a specific segment of attendees, such as VIP guests.
Results for sponsors and exhibitors
The sponsorship page describes live stats and post-event analytics that help sponsors and exhibitors measure impact and ROI.
Data that goes to your CRM
Check-in report summaries export to integrated CRMs such as Salesforce, and registration data integrates with leading CRM solutions.
What it does not say
The reports pages describe reports and dashboards. They do not describe a custom BI tool, multi-year benchmarks or attendee-level scoring. Ask in a demo about any report you need.
“We really appreciated the adaptability of the software to meet our changing needs. For example, we liked being able to create promo codes to offer reduced rates to conference attendees with special circumstances.”

FAQ
Event Analytics Software: common questions
What is event analytics software?
It is software that turns what happens at an event into reports: registrations and revenue, attendance, session popularity, lead activity and feedback. Eventdex reports on each of these through the registration, check-in, lead capture and survey tools. Each report belongs to the tool that creates the data.
Are the analytics live or after the event?
Both. Check-in analytics, session attendance and survey results are described as live or real time, and ticketing offers real-time insights. Sponsors also get post-event analytics. Eventdex's pages do not state how often each dashboard refreshes. Use a demo to see which views update during the event.
Does Eventdex work as event tracking software?
It tracks attendance. Check-in with QR codes or barcodes records arrivals and, with check-out, movement in and out of sessions. Badge scanning also reports on attendance and access. Eventdex's pages do not describe location tracking inside the venue. Session attendance is the main tracking view the pages describe.
Does Eventdex offer predictive or AI analytics?
The reports described on this page measure what has happened. Eventdex's AI event platform page describes predictive event analytics, with real-time insights such as which sessions are likely to be most popular and how engagement is trending. The registration, check-in and survey pages do not describe forecasting reports, so ask in a demo what is available today.
Can I export the data?
Registration lets you collect, monitor and export registrant data, and check-in reports export to integrated CRMs such as Salesforce. Eventdex's pages do not list every export format, so confirm yours in a demo. Exports let you analyze results in your own tools.
How do I decide which numbers to measure?
Start from your event goals, then choose the reports that show progress on them. Our guide to event KPIs and our event ROI page cover which measures to track and how to read them, and a demo shows which Eventdex reports match.
