How to setup your Matchamaking?

Click on  Matchleads >> Setup >> Matchmaking tab

1. Event Details >> Here we will provide you an option to edit the Event Details that were given earlier.


You will have an option to edit/update the following:

  • Update MatchMaking Event Name, Start date, End date, Event location and Event Address.
  • Select your “Matchmaking Event Status.”  i.e. Public, Private, Closed 
    • Public: The Matchmaking Event is visible to all Buyers & Sellers along with Event Admin & Event Organizer.
    • Private: The Matchmaking Event is visible only for Event Admin and Organizer.
    • Closed: The Matchmaking Event is closed.

  • Emails : To send confirmation emails and to run an email campaign.
    • OFF : no emails will be sent
    • ON  :
      •  Individual – Sends the confirmation email as soon as the new modified schedules are made.
      •  Summary – Every day one summary email will be sent after the specified time interval.
      •  Primary Email – For sending all schedule and other MM emails to user’s primary email.
      • Secondary Email – For sending all schedule and other MM emails to user’s secondary email.

**You can select both primary and secondary emails for sending emails to both the primary and secondary emails of user. And you have to select at least one option that is primary or secondary.

  • SMS:
    • OFF : no SMS will be sent
    • ON : Individual – Sends the confirmation sms as soon as the new modified schedules are made.
  • Push Notification:
    • OFF : no Push Notification will be sent
    • ON : Individual – Sends the confirmation Push Notification as soon as the new modified schedules are made.
  • Virtual Meeting: Individuals can join the Virtual MatchMaking as soon as you switch on the button.
    • OFF : no virtual meeting can be scheduled.
    • ON : Individual – can join virtual meeting as soon as you switch on this button.
  • Schedules:
    • Click ON to enable Schedules.
  • Attendee Chat:
    • Click ON to enable Attendee Chat
  • Appointments Chat:
    • Click ON to enable Appointments Chat
  • Auto Schedule: To set automated emails to Buyers and Sellers.
    • Click ON to enable Auto Scheduling.
    • Sponsor/Delegate max appointment preferences should be greater than zero.
  • Lead Scoring: This enables Buyers and Sellers to score based on their preferences which are defined by the Event Admin.
    • Click ON to enable Lead scoring.

Click on “Save” tab to confirm the entries or click on “Cancel” tab to exit the page.


2. Profile Settings icon or Next icon >> Click Here we will provide you an option to edit the Profile Details  that were given earlier for both Buyer and Seller.

  • Event Type:  Open, Semi Open, Closed, Custom.  Click here for more info.

  • Actions Perform: These actions are permitted to the ticket holder. You can take actions based on these permissions. ie Auto Accept, Approve, Request, Reschedule, Cancel
  • Staff Actions Perform:
  • Show Matches:
  • Single registration per domain:
    • Single Registration per domain:
    • 1. This option makes the company website URL(domain address) mandatory at the time of registration.
    • 2. This option allows only single attendee registration (MM Buyer or MM Seller) for each website URL (domain address).
  • Single Login per domain
    • Single Login per domain:
    • 1. This option does not makes the company website URL(domain address) mandatory at the time of registration.
    • 2. This option does not restrict the number of registrations (MM Buyer or MM Seller or both) from each company / website URL (domain address), but only the first attendee with have access to MatchMaking and all others will be in inactive status.
  • Display Questions For Other:
  • Matchmaking Confirmations:
    • Emails: Appointment confirmation, reschedule and cancellation Emails will be stopped for Delegate
    • SMS: Appointment confirmation, reschedule and cancellation SMS will be stopped for Delegate
    • Push Notification: Appointment confirmation, reschedule and cancellation Push Notification will be stopped for Delegate
  • Schedules: Schedule will be switched OFF for this ticket. Others can not make appointments with you.
  • Edit Profile: Edit profile for these ticket holder is OFF. You cannot edit profile.
  • Preferences: These ticket holders cannot make preference selection in their account.
  • Dashboard Charts: 


3. Calendar Setup icon or Next icon >>  Click here we will provide you an option to edit the Appointments Dates, Appointments  Timing and Break Timing.

  • Match Leads Day:

  • Break Between Appointments:
  • Break Table:
