Heart Icon – It allows the user to add the delegate as Favorite. Tap on it and will turn blue. Adding someone as favorite helps to easily filter your preferred buyers or sellers from the whole list of delegates.

Human Icon (Blue) – It indicates that the delegate is a Table Admin/Staff for the scheduled appointment.

Single human icon – Table Admin

Group human icon – Table Staff

Human Icon (Black) – It shows the delegate’s profile details and other information (entered by him during the registration process).

View Schedule

View Schedule – It shows the delegate’s complete matchmaking schedule for the event. You can 1. View Appointment date, Time Slots, Appointment status, and other matchmaker details 2. Email the schedule 3. Print the schedule

Edit Information

Edit Information – It shows the delegate’s profile and user can directly Edit the delegate’s 1. Profile details 2. Work details and other information

Schedule Settings

Schedule Settings – It allows you to Turn ON/OFF the Matchmaking Appointment schedules for the delegate.

Download Symbol

Download Symbols – You can quickly download the Buyer/Seller list into your system by clicking on it.

(>>)Symbol – It allows you to view the full list of Buyers and Sellers of the Matchmaking Event.

(+) Icon

(+) Icon – Setup Filters for Buyers or Sellers by clicking on the + icon. It will expand and you can add your filter as per the Time Slot, Name or any other field. It is helpful for quickly generating a list of appointments as per the filter entered.

Grid view

Grid View – It shows a complete view of both Buyers and Sellers on the screen with their current appointment schedules (Accepted, Cancelled, Blocked and Available Time Slots).

List view

List View – It shows a complete list of delegates (Buyers and Sellers) in list format. You can quickly 1. Generate a list of Buyers or Sellers by putting filters like Role Type and Status. 2. Change the status of Buyers and Sellers to Active or Inactive.

Cart

Cart –Yet to be confirmed appointments are listed in the Cart.

Lead Scoring

Lead Scoring – It shows the ratings of the leads which is done by giving scores to them.
