How to Setup my Matchmaking Event Details?

Event Admin please follow the given steps:

Step 1. Click on the “Match leads” tab and then click on the “Setup” tab from its accordion menu.

Step 2. Under the Event details set up the MatchMaking Start date, End date, and location.

Step 3. Update the Event location details.

Step 4. Select your ” Matchmaking Event Status” for

Public: The Matchmaking Event is visible to all Buyers & Sellers along with Event Admin & Event Organizer.

Private: The Matchmaking Event is visible only for Event Admin and Organizer.

Closed: The Matchmaking Event is closed.

 

Select “Matchmaking Criteria”, both “Buyer” and “Seller”.

Select your “Table Assignment Preferences” option. You can select any one, either “Buyer” or “Seller”.

Enable or Turn ON the following features:

Emails : To send confirmation emails and to run an email campaign.

SMS : Individual – sends the new confirmation SMS as soon as the new modified schedules are made.

Push Notification : Individual – sends the new confirmation Push Notification as soon as the new modified schedules are made.

Virtual Meeting: Individuals can join the Virtual MatchMaking as soon as you switch on the button.

VM Recording: Click ON to enable attendees to record the video of the meeting.

VM Email Link: Appoint email confirmation will include Virtual Meeting to join.

VM Group Type: peer to peer, small-group, and Group types.

Schedules: Click ON to enable Schedules.

Attendee Chat: Click ON to enable Attendee Chat.

Appointments Chat: Click ON to enable Appointments Chat.

Auto Schedule : To set automated emails to Buyers and Sellers. (Both Emails and Auto-Schedule can’t be in ‘ON’ state at a time, any one of it should be in ‘ON’ state and other should be in ‘OFF’ state.)

Lead Scoring : This enables Buyers and Sellers to score based on their preferences which are defined by the Event Admin.

Click on “Save” tab to confirm the entries or click on “Cancel” tab to exit the page.
