4. What is the cost of registration for MPPSummit23? 

The cost of registration for MPPSummit23 is $520 early bird until January 23, 2023. The registration fee will be $595 starting January 24, 2023

6. What is the Pre-Conference One Day Workshop? 

The Pre-Conference Workshop will educate new and prospective small businesses about the DoD’s Mentor Protégé Program. MPP Program Managers will provide an overview of MPP, the benefits, and best practices for finding partners and forming agreements.

 

7. When will the Pre-Conference One Day Workshop be held?

The Pre-Conference Workshop will be held on Monday, March 27th from 9 am – 5:30 pm ET at the venue, Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress in Orlando. 

 

8. Who can attend the Pre-Conference One Day Workshop? 

Small businesses that meet the eligibility requirements of a Mentor firm and Protégé firm. Eligibility requirements can be found online here: https://business.defense.gov/Programs/Mentor-Protege-Program/FAQs/ 

 

9. What is the cost of registration for the Pre-Conference One Day Workshop? 

The cost of registration for only the Pre-Conference One Day Workshop is $200. This does not include access to MPPSummit23. The Pre-Conference Workshop is included as part of MPPSummit23 registration for new, prospective Mentors and Protégés. MPPSummit23 registrants must opt-in to attend during the registration process. 

 

10. What aspects of MPPSummit23 are available to Exhibitors 

There are two engagement options for exhibitors. Those who purchase the Exhibitor + Attendee Package have full access to MPPSummit23 including meals and One-to-One Networking. The Exhibitor Only package only includes access to Exhibitors’ Row.

12. I need an invoice to obtain approval for this training. Who can I contact to request an invoice? 

Please send all invoice requests to the MPPSummit23 Help Desk at   MPPSummit23@thedavismanagementgroup.com.  

 

13. Will a cardholder be able to pay on my behalf? 

Yes, the attendee will be able to complete the registration by selecting “Check” as the form of payment. After your registration has been submitted, the purchase cardholder will be able to submit payment by calling or emailing the MPPSummit23 Help Desk at (866) 995-7979 or   MPPSummit23@thedavismanagementgroup.com.  

 

14.  Is there a group discount for registration?

No, a group discount will not be offered for this event. Each attendee must pay the $520 early bird registration fee or $595 regular registration fee after January 23, 2023.

 

15.  What if I need to cancel my registration?

Cancellations received by March 7th  will receive a refund, less a $75 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for this event after March 7. Refunds will not be given for no shows. To request a cancellation, please contact the MPPSummit23 Help Desk by phone, (866) 995-7979, or by email at MPPSummit23@thedavismanagementgroup.com.  

 

16.  Can I transfer my registration to an associate?

Substitutions may be made by March 7, 2023, at no additional cost. You can transfer your registration to an associate by contacting the MPPSummit23 Helpdesk. We will update the registration to the new attendee’s contact information and registration details.

 

17. How do I reprint my registration confirmation or receipt?

Once payment has been submitted and the attendee (or purchasing agent) clicks “Submit,” an autogenerated email is sent to the email address provided by the attendee with registration details and payment confirmation. You may print directly from this email.
